B and D are the best choices. In the case of B, where Hitler is balking at the size of the Soviet military challenge when he see how big it is, how is he spending his time to finish the war with Britain, and bulk and arm up to get ready to fight the Soviets in his lifetime, or to fend them off in case *the Soviets* launch an attack on Germany first. How is he organizing and mobilizing his regime and Europe to "improve its racial hygiene" and Germanize conquered eastern territories? For scenario D, where he dies around New Years 1941, who would you pick as his most likely replacement who would also be receptive to information, analysis, and argument that the USSR is way too big to swallow now, possibly forever, and certainly while Germany is at its current strength and has a war going on with Britain?

B: Churchill doesn't want to make peace, Sea Lion is impossible, no matter how much the Kriegsmarine is built up it won't be able to match the RN soon... tricky indeed, even if there wasn't the potential threat of Stalin...
D: Göring, according to his testament. He's one of the more popular nazis (for right or wrong reasons), and it'd be too risky to grab for power for anyone else. Goebbels might be removed, since basically no one else liked him. Same about Ribbentrop.
