Realizing that Putin will send 'volunteers' into Ukraine to benefit in anyway possible the US, some European nations and other countries decide to do the same on February 19, 2014
They start sending their own soldiers and hired mecenaries to the southeastern parts of Ukraine. They justify this by saying the same BS Putin did when he invades Crimea and send Russian 'volunteers' into the Donbass
Crimea doesn't fold easily to Putin. Despite this, Pro-Ukraine and Pro-Russian forces would have to fight there and in the Donbass
The US, UK and Philippines not only pay civilians to move to Ukraine (mostly poor/homeless)start pardoning certain prisoners (mostly non-violent or accidental murder) to go their as well to provide any support to Ukraine, whether militarily, economically or industrial.
(The hope is that Ukraine will be forced to deport pro-Russian elements which allows the non-soldiers sent there to settle in the Donbass and Crimea)
