I remember when I first heard this song, it was on the MP3 player. He was the one who would put music on that thing. However, many years later, he told me that he hated that song so much, and here is why.(moms side grandpa )
It’s from the graduate, which has an immoral premise, and it’s a bad story. In his days in the Vietnam war and aviation That he would have some recruits from California. They would so much be associated with that song. It was crazy! There would be people that maybe he would sing that song, particularly the California servicemen

This song is relatable as it’s spoken from the heart

Iron Maiden performing Stranger in a Strange Land from the concert I saw tonight. An extremely good show, with Bruce Dickinson scampering around like a demented gnome (in a good way), plentiful pyrotechnics, gongs, Eddie and more. They managed to carry their recorded sound across in a live performance exceptionally well, as Dickinson's vocal ability hasn't diminished with age (in contrast, Hansi Kursch of Blind Guardian earlier this year had lost a bit of his range) and the lads on guitars did an excellent job. To make things even better, they are performing Alexander the Great live on this tour, for the first time in 30 years. Now to stop my ears from ringing.

(Ghost) Riders In the Sky (American Outlaws: Live at Nassau Coliseum, 1990)
The Highwaymen - Highwayman (American Outlaws: Live at Nassau Coliseum, 1990)

Three classic songs. Never realised there had been a group of that name. When I 1st read the title I thought you were referring to the 2nd song. Thanks.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Dreamin%27There's the potted history of the song. The Barry McGuire version is quite strikingly different, even as the backing vocals keep it familiar, and the harmonica solo probably isn't as good as the flute solo inserted in the second M&P version.

This song is messed up so I wouldn’t blame If the mods decided to take it down. However, considering we had a music video That debatably Encouraged gun violence such a shoot your problems awayand song Had a few songs relating How the bottle or drugs ruined your life I think this qualifies as permissible.
As a parent I would forever love my son or daughter It would break my heart To see them slowly, destroy their life’s through addiction. I bring this song because my coworker was telling me how before he went to jail he was Big into drugs, Under age drinking And committed Several misdemeanors, he was also a meaner person Before jail straightened him out
After he was singing this song on the living room couch, the grandma comes in, smack him in the face Saying I’m your friend the Drugs are not your only friend As he was substituting the song with drugs or medicine bag
