As a track that goes well with current events: Requiem for a TowerAs I mentioned in my 2007-2014 Memes and Pop-Culture thread, Requiem for a Dream was utilized several times especially when showing disaster movie footage, 9/11, or other conspiracy theory videos. |

As a track that goes well with current events: Requiem for a TowerAs I mentioned in my 2007-2014 Memes and Pop-Culture thread, Requiem for a Dream was utilized several times especially when showing disaster movie footage, 9/11, or other conspiracy theory videos. Yes, but whereas its use was rather silly when synced to videos about how the world would end in 2012, its use in regards to 2020 (or thereabouts) is much more appropriate. Hence my preface before sharing it here. |

Throwback to the February of last year when the band LANY came here in Cebu for Plus 63 Music and Arts Festival. I actually a bought a ticket of this early in December 2019 but then sold it on the last minute to a friend since there was no EDM rave part of the music festival. It was the last big event held in Cebu just a month before the pandemic.
