‘Dan Quayle Becomes An Actual, Talking Quail’. You do now they only live 1.5 years, so he will not live long. Perhaps ASB extends his longevity to a few more decades, then. In accordance with the fact that Quayle's of retirement age already, of course.

Zo which zoo will he live at ore will he go to ripleys believe it or not. Maybe he’d prefer to kick back and spend the rest of his days at the zoo, even though he’ll bemoan the fact that he can’t live normally anymore in either case.

‘Democrats Always Wear Blue While Republicans Always Wear Red’. Red is also used by communist and socialist parties.

‘Democrats Always Wear Blue While Republicans Always Wear Red’. Red is also used by communist and socialist parties. ...Yeah, that’s true. In that case, maybe I should amend this scenario to take place before 1996. Because it happens before the great “color switch” between the two parties, Republicans will wear blue while Democrats wear red. Plus, that’s more consistent with the traditional colors of conservative and liberal factions throughout the Western World (as far as I know, anyway).

‘Happy Meals Materialize Throughout The Third World’. Only one time. Eh, maybe every week or so, with each materialization producing enough meals to feed people for that week?

Proof? Their going to have an interesting legal issue saying that the meals themselves belong to McDonald's, as opposed to the brand name. At least unless they have evidence that massive numbers of their product are disappearing from their stores, as I assume those meals are going to be appearing from nowhere. Plus its not going to look well "McDonalds seek to deny the hungry food". Not to mention "manna from heaven" is going to have a religious concept for many which would make such a move by McDonald's unpopular in much of the US.
They have a legal case against whatever ASB is using their branding but then can you see something like Q taken to court! I think it would be safer for all concerned if he didn't turn up.
I can see some issues: a) The meals aren't exactly that healthy, to put it mildly. Although that is a longer term issue.
b) Their going to cause serious problems for local farmers who have suddenly lost much of their market and hence income. c) Would they change in places such as India - where the Hindu majority would not be happy with a meal containing beef appearing? Possibly Chicken McNuggets instead?
d) Would such meals keep for a week, or are we assuming the ASB is handling that? e) In the more disordered areas your likely to get local warlords, gangs, terrorist groups etc seizing as much of the manna as they can. Both because its free food and because it helps them maintain power in areas they seek to control.

...Okay? I’d imagine that the size of the mandate Nixon has would make a difference as to how he conducts himself while in office. If he wins by the skin of his teeth and has to work with a Congress that won’t bend over backwards for him, then Tricky Dick needs to be more delicate and willing to make concessions towards the opposition. But if he completely blows away the competition like he did in 1972—preferably with lots of ideologically friendly lawmakers in Congress during his tenure—then Nixon can throw his weight around a whole lot more.
