Wiki article (in the OP) has the ORBAT. All those tanks, IFVs, and APCs would definitely push the Central Powers back. in 1914 i doubt Belarus has to worry about any air attack. Definitely. The MiGs and Sukhois would swat anything primitive. If not them, then maybe the Buk, Tor, S-75s, S-300s, and S-400s that Belarus operates.
Given the sort of a/c operating in 1918, let alone 1914 radar aimed stuff might not be too effective as they might not pick them up. Other than the engine not a lot to register on a radar. However the mark 1 eyeball and a lot of simple aimed weapons would be very lethal.
However I think the only real way of opposing the Belarus forces, at least until they start running out of spares/munitions, is indirectly, with small raids and guerilla operations. Which are still going to be very deadly with the weapons and technology that the up-timers have.
