I am a person who at this moment cannot even create a axe and spend most of his time looking with open month on youtube, looking at what some people can build on minecraft. |

You have to get it from their site; it's not on Steam. Last played it before it was bought by Microsoft i think, it has not changed to much except you can now buy a story mode for the game. That's a separate thing; the story mode you buy on Steam is not the full game of Minecraft (and by reviews is not particularly good). |
