That is also true. I wonder if Roosevelt when elected president, will he try to meditate in 1914 when war breaks out in Europe or join the British-French side and bring the United States into war. Roosevelt was heavily pro-entente and actually complained about how little interest the Wilson administration had in entering the war. This would not fly with Congress or the public if he were elected. |

So you are telling me that he was pro-British and Congress was not, if he was elected in 1912 it would cause some issues in 1914 with a hostile congress opposing the views of the president. |
