So i did some counting, we have at this moment 201 Seaman recruits, 18 Seamans, 10 Leading Seamans. 20 Petty Officer 2nd Classes, 7 Petty Officer 1st Classes, 6 Chief petty officers, 5 Warrant Officers, 2 Ensigns, 5 Sub-lieutenants, 2 Lieutenant Commanders and 1 Vice Admiral.

By the way. I never asked. What exact vice am I being accused of?  Check's I have my lawyer on speed dial - on the mobile phone I don't have.  If we get 3-4 times the number of seaman recruits and train them up - now where did I put that cat? - we can take Victory for a practical sail.  |

I suspect that one of those lt.-commanders will soon be getting a promotion to commander.
