Oh, joy. When you thought the cringe is over, this happens. DOTA o Ako translates to "DOTA or me" referring to a DOTA addict who prefers playing said game over his girlfriend. It was a cheap music video made in 2011 all for laughs. Didn't expect it to be made into a sequel. However, I have feeling they would make it into a mini-series. FFS. How come they make this excuse of a Netflix show? Because majority of our countrymen watch shows that lower our IQs. Take a look at those Vice Ganda comedies that Star Cinema always show every Christmas. Don't say it's actually April Fools joke... It's probably an April Fools joke. I hope it is. It did come before April 1 though so it could be teaser as simeon says. |

Any more teleseryes that we need to know about? Given that I only watched two of them, it is easy to say that all the shows made there are awful. Cringeworthy Soap Operas: It’s More Cringe in the Philippines. I never really watched any Teleseryes here because it's not my cup of tea. There was Oka!tokat back then in 1997-2002 but I was too young to understand. In the 2012 remake, it was disappointing to see especially with so much CGI and green screen. I wished I watched more of Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara mini-series back then in 2008 but I was too scared at that time. Now as adult and I rewatched the trailer, the special effects do not scare me anymore. Perhaps Magandang Gabi Bayan and Ngiinig was the only ones I really paid attention to. |
