You have admitted to watching Love Live, Nanoha, Strike Witches, Vividred Operation and Kantai Collection. All of those have so much yuri subtext that they sometimes didn't even bother hiding that some of the couples were lesbian. You even started shipping Iowa/Kongou and Yuudachi/Shigure on Your own. On the other hand you haven't really admitted to watching many harem series besides Infinite Stratos. |

Seems that there is a new anime coming out about magic girls ( see trailer) called Shūmatsu no Izetta or Izetta, Die Letzte Hexe (The Japanese literally translates to Izetta of the End and the German translates to Izetta, The Last Witch). A teaser visual with the tagline, "In 1940 C.E., she soars over the battlefield."  |

Except if you watch Boku No Pico, then I Will definitly judge you. Time for my weekly Haifuri commentary: - Oh my God, the CGI is glaring six Seconds in. - Poor Akano has finally learned that it kind of sucks to be in command. - They have barely started the operation and Things are already going wrong, clearly the People here lack Akano's luck. - With them constanty being the closest to the capital ships, it makes you kind of Wonder if they are lucky or not. - Thank you, dr obvious. Because up untill this point, everybody was assuming the academy's top ship mutinied for shit and giggles. - Koko/Torpedo director OTP. - Setting the scene for the Graf Spee to Challenge the Mushashi for possistion of best Battleship. - Finally the Blue Mermaids are on time, took them long enough. And hey, it is cat ear officer. - Kind of expecting that the hamsters had infiltrated the other Blue Mermaid ships. - Moeka's ship may have mutinied but she Will be damned if she Will let that stop her from leading the resistance to take it back. - You know, for having been locked inside such a small Space for a month, their clothes are supringly clean. - So instead of a Battle against a destroyer or two like I had though half the episode is going to be the Battle against the Mushahi and the other half is going to be a flashback from Moeka's point of view? - So that is why they have a helicopter deck, for drones to take off from. Glad it wasn't an oversight after all. - So touching that Akano gets so much love to. And With all of them saying that Akano and Mashiro make a great pair does that mean they Akano/Mashiro? - That was a great moment of freindship that in my opinion, brings Haifuri to the same level of quality as Girls und Panzer. - Just wait, Moeka, Akano is coming to rescue you! |

A good episode in all, lets hoop the action next week will be good for a entire episode and not have it resolve after a few minutes. I thought it was a great episode, manly tears were shed. As for the action next episode, given how much the Mushashi has been built up and how she kicked the arses of another four Blue Mermaids ship, I am reasonable certain that the action Will take up a better part of the episode, followed by a resolution and a Cliffhangar of the "please give us another season" variety. Those four destroyers are still out there after all. Lets hoop there will be a season 2, but you never know we have to do with some OVAs afterwards. |

Just finished watching the first season of Strike Witches. It wasn't bad but it kind of got to much of the same? And I just couldn't shake the feeing that I had seen stuff like this elsewhere, just done better. I don't know if I Will continue With the second season and the Movie or move on to Assassination Classroom.
