Yes, all of it. That way they can learn from the bad stuff in addition to the good. Some people like Gene Roddenberry will have a field day, also can he claim ownership of all modern Star Trek material. Indeed, though knowing how labyrinthian the US legal system is, I do wonder if he and Paramount Pictures would have to jump over a great many legal hurdles to claim full ownership over post-1970s Star Trek content. For George Lucas and Star Wars, that’s be even worse. It may be a similarly game-changing boondoggle for him and his company, but considering the stake that Disney has in the Sequel Trilogy, associated merchandise and other Canon projects, there may be a legal battle(s) between the two firms over who owns the rights to what. Plus, I expect the fact that time travel is involved to make things even more confusing for the legal system in general, so...

Well they may have better luck with other claims. With the rest of the Original Trilogy and (I assume) the Prequels, too. However, considering that most of it has aired on Cartoon Network, which is in turn owned by Time Warner, I wonder if some litigation involving who owns The Clone Wars TV series will start up. Plus, since Season 6 aired on Netflix, how might that work since video streaming services don't exist yet?

Even putting aside the legal debacle, there will also be legions of animators, writers and other crew members who have boatloads of material to go through. Certainly, the associated engineers and technicians will also work to reverse-engineer (and maybe attempt to replicate) the special effects and improved animation inherent to next-century sci-fi.
Also, what might the Original-Trilogy cast members think of post-1970s Star Wars material? Especially when modern technology has transcended the limitations of real life, i.e. death and aging? Do recall that Rogue One featured Grand Moff Tarkin in the flesh, even though Peter Cushing passed away over twenty years before its release. Imagine the surprise on Cushing's face as they watch scenes like this.
I assume the same would go for Carrie Fisher as well.

Some actors will get royalties for movies they have not yet played in.

Some actors will get royalties for movies they have not yet played in. Probably. Though I'm unsure how the exact contracts would look in practice, especially given the legal mess of a mass-media ISOT to the past.

‘2032 Ukraine To 1932’. Hopefully, it be in a condition to defend itself from Stalinist Russia once it tries to “suppress uprisings” and confiscate all its food. Again.

Well its got much smaller forces that Stalin's Russia, presuming its similar to 2020 Ukraine, but should be a lot more powerful. Although it might have a problem with 1932 Poland as its also sized a chunk of that. However it might get some aid from the western democracies given its fighting with the boggy man of the period. Of course when up-timers, including them embassies in Ukraine, give details about what is about to happen in Germany could have some dramatic impacts as well. Just about everything is going to be thrown up into the air.
By this time the population of the Soviet Union has had a decade of the 'delights' of communist rule so if the Ukrainians can start moving into Soviet territory you might see a lot of support for an overthrow of the system.

The Crimea was until 1954 part of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic before becoming part of the Ukrainian SSR, so i think it does not come along, ore could be wrong.

Also, 'Gary Johnson Wins 2012 US Presidential Election'. If the 2016 election results were such a seismic upset, then imagine the uproar of an out-of-the-blue, third-party victory.

Then he needs to deal with both the Democrats and Republicans, that is going to be tough.
