So we got a Paris-London-Rome Axis in this universe. Pretty much, except with tensions between the three. I could see that, especially between Britain and France as they have ancient rivalries and both see themselves and are seen by others as great powers, which modern Italy never really achieved. However I think a fascist Britain would be a real mess. Your likely to have at least Canada breaking away and possibly Australia and New Zealand while a continued fascist regime would be disastrous for the empire as it would make many areas, especially India far more difficult to govern, especially if the regime is openly racist. I must admit I find it difficult seeing a fascist Britain , France and Italy defeating both Germany and Russia, although both could have problems depending on how things have gone since 1916. |

Flag of the Greater German ReichFollowing three years of rampant warfare, the United Kingdom sees itself on the verge of collapse. Cut off from the outside world and desperately low on supplies, unable to match the military superiority of Germany's unstoppable Luftwaffe, PM Winston Churchill is voted out of office and replaced by Lord Halifax, who immediately seeks a peace treaty. The US - knowing that the UK's support is critical for this war - also pulls the plug and instead focuses on the Japanese Empire. The USSR lays in ruin as Hitler's forces stalk by Moscow's gates, their defenses all but broken, and the shell of the once proud union now begging for peace. The Treaty of Concord is signed, December 29, 1942, officially ending the Second World War. As part of the agreement, the Japanese Empire would be sectioned in 14 independent realms, and the Emperor would be exiled. Nazi Germany rules supreme over the entirety of Europe, with every neutral country succumbing to puppet statehood. The United Kingdom was stripped of its Empire, and the British Isles came under German occupation. The US, given it had little to no involvement on Germany's affairs to that point, was given freedom, but had promised never to become involved on Europe's matters. The USSR ceased to exist as nothing but an infinite stretch of farmland; a never-ending source of labor and resources to power the unstoppable Nazi war machine. The world's leading superpower had taken birth.

 People's Union of South African Republics (PUSAR)
1964. A Namibian Soviet-backed intelligence cell of far-left communist extremists organizes a militia of disaffected natives, exiled politicians and military deserters armed by the USSR and Ethiopian communists. The South African Communist Revolutionary Front (SACRF) numbers over 27,000 combatants and takes refuge in the Namib Desert. The SACRF vows for the independence of Namibia from South Africa, and so begins collaborating with the Namibian SWAPO independence movement. The SACRF soon assembles a powerful network of intelligence, gun smuggling and political lobbying, which effectively runs Namibia. Soon, it becomes clear the SACRF wants nothing but a communist regime in all South Africa and Namibia. The SWAPO distances itself, but are left out of the game and suffers from crippling desertion from militants who seek to join the SACRF. By 1965, the SACRF declares the People's Union of South African Republics, or PUSAR: A USSR-like system of different communist republics united under a single banner. The South African Defense Force (SADF) quickly attempted to repress the rebellion. However, the SACRF dominated the Namibian political system, initiating a full-out secessionist movement backed by local Namibian leaders. PUSAR forces began systematically exterminating SADF troops in devastating guerrilla warfare, inflicting as much pain as possible and producing insurmountable losses for the South Africa. The USSR, China and Cuba provided tremendous assistance to the SACRF and PUSAR, pressuring South Africa to relinquish Namibia. This inevitably led to South Africa's reluctant recognition of Namibia as an independent, communist nation, in February 1966.
However, hostilities never ended. SACRF militants commanded raids into South Africa, establishing clandestine intelligence units and networks of infiltration into Pretoria's political jostle. A wing of the SACRF - the South African Liberation Party (SALP) - took prominence as a communist organization which promised a reunification with Namibia. The party appeased the young South African voting society and leftist conservatives, as well as radical revolutionists who sought to eliminate South Africa's white ruling class. The SALP was intelligent enough to advocate an anti-apartheid manner, which rose interest among the black majorities and Western collaborators. The SACRF and SALP sparked a coup against the government in late 1965, backed by military leaders and the common population. At first, European countries backed the government, but fearing this would incite their own African dominions to seek independence - similar to Portugal's case in Angola and Mozambique -, they backed down. The coup was successful and the SALP took control. During a ceremonial occasion of great magnitude, the Namibian and South African parts of the PUSAR joined together into a unified communist state ruled by the SACRF. In 1968, Basutoland, also known as Lesotho, joined the PUSAR as the People's Federate Republic of Lesotho, followed by the People's Federate Republic of Swazi in 1970 and the People's Federate Republic of Bechuanaland (Botswana). The PUSAR soon became Africa's dominant state and a global power, strongly connected with the USSR and a dominant player in world affairs. It disintegrated in 1991 following the collapse of communism.
