I'm thinking you'd see between 1-3 B-61s with low kt warheads dropped on the Republican Guard divisions in the Karbala Gap, with the 3rd Mech punching through the hole in Iraqi lines and getting to Baghdad a few days earlier.
Alternatively, if the Iraqi attack is more severe of uses bioweapons instead of chemicals, a B-52 fires a nuke-tipped AGM-86 at a target on the outskirts of Baghdad.
