How would history be different if India was not divided at independence. India today is OTL India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. There is Moslem population of 30 % not 14 %.

I suspect it wouldn't last as things would have boiled over at some stage.
Also would have been bad if Gandhi had succeeded in other desires. Like prompting small scale peasant farming or banning western medicines. Both would have been controversial and would probably have caused markedly greater poverty and deaths. Also it might have left India vulnerable to external threats.

If it lasted. Does anyone knowledgable about Indian politics know if shrinking the Hindu majority from 79% to 67 % would make it harder for Mohdi to win?

In the short term it would as there's a sizeable minority who would have a vested interest in opposing such a party/political viewpoint. However if there is growing religious tension this can work in favour of bigotry as it might be easier to influence more of the Hindu majority that other groups, most noticeably the Muslims who for centuries before the British Raj ruled much of India, were too powerful and a 'threat' to Hindu culture.
