Yep. Star Wars Legends has quite its share of Sith Lords from over the course of millennia of galactic history. Perhaps Canon will turn out similarly, as well. Are even females Sith called Darth, i toughed they would be called Ladies ore something. Well, they'd be referred to as Sith Ladies. But they still boast the title of Darth, regardless of gender or sex, i.e. Darth Talon. |

I'd quibble about the Separatist Navy supposedly being the best since the Galactic Empire's was more technologically advanced and may have boasted comparable, if not greater numbers and variety due to its unmatched resource base, but that's a discussion for another time.

If there was no emperor, then there would be no Clone War. Maybe not, at least not one that takes the form that we're familiar with. That said, the discontent and anti-Republic resentment in and around the Outer Rim was still very real, and may have coalesced into something greater even without Palpatine's puppeteering. What'd become of the Galaxy without Old Sheev pulling the strings might actually make a good TL, though. |

Luke Skywalker teleported from his battle with Vader in ROTJ to the battle with Maul in TPM. Maul might escape in the confusion... on the other hand Luke can tell the Jedi Council about Palpy.

That assumes that he can convince the Council to believe him; asserting that not only are you from a dystopian future, but that the kindly and unassuming Senator from Naboo is basically Sith Hitler is an extremely bold claim, to say the least. Also, what might happen when nine-year-old Anakin and teenage Padme meet their twenty-something son from 4 ABY? |

Zyobot another plot question about the OT is Jabba... Jabba... it would be interesting to know who he hired in the days of the Old Republic that was able to kill so many Jedi that came after Jabba's interests, with such ease that Jabba treats a possible Jedi with dismissal in ROTJ. Cut dialog says it was Jabba himself that killed Jedi Knights and Masters great and small but i doubt that a giant slug that is barely able to move could do that.

Luke might take some interest in solving that, but I think it'd be a background issue for the time being. The priority now would be getting to the bottom of what the uptimer Skywalker's business here is and what the Jedi Council can glean from him; perhaps he'll be asked (or politely) told to stay in the Temple while the Order figures out what to do with him. |

Episode IV POD - the Death Star malfunctions and Alderaan is not destroyed?
The Death Star is full of troops and equipment and supplies so Tarkin can just occupy Alderaan with Imperial forces and force Bail Organa's surrender.
