Thailand fought as a Japanese ally in WW2. Of course, its contribution was small and it didn't earn the ire of the Allies as Japan did.
However, how could that change? What could Thailand have done differently, even without the intent but by making a mistake, to see it regarded as worthy to harsh treatment post-war? What form could a harsher punishment be? Occupation by the Allies? Removal of the monarchy? Territorial losses?
