No. Too small a country and, more importantly, too recent a country. Their separation from Sweden came in 1905, after all.

No more than they have a ‘farmer’ regiment, a ‘fisherman’ regiment or a ‘longboat shipwright’ regiment. The Viking era was over 1000 years ago and there isn’t any lineage in the Norwegian Army.

Indeed, given the presence of the Viking jet fighter project, it might confuse matters a tad.

Will they remain loyal to Britain pre might they buy stuff from Germany in the future.
