So here's this! Sorry for not posting earlier, but I was traveling. I hope more comes on the way:
Fight for Freedom! Fight for Purity! Fight for the Glory and Supremacy of the Mexican Race Rid our Nation of the Inferior Impurities of Evil!
Join the National Socialist Association of Mexico—together against the inferior impurities, in the glory of the supreme race! ———————————————————————- Recruitment at 0993 Mirador Street, Torreón Coahuila. Able-bodied males 18-49 years old
Beware of the Evil Race! Do not fall victim of the Jewish trickery! They seek to trick the world into being fooled by their seemingly good-minded nature before revealing their true intentions. Beware! They’ll murder your children, destroy your home and chain you in darkness! The Jews are demonic monsters of evil who seek nothing but fire and death. They need to be stopped! Don’t led these beings of hell destroy our way of life and join the NSAM today! LEAD THE FIGHT THE NAZI WAY IS THE GOOD WAY! —————————————————————
Well that's nice and subtle - not. Were there actually many Jews in Mexico at the time, or any significant history of antisemitism? As I understand it they didn't have the same racial blinkers that the US had over blacks but other bigotry could be more difficult to muster so possibly this might be a harder sell.
Mind you if the purpose of the organisation is to strengthen Mexico against its 'real' enemy, i.e. the US then I can understand them not being too open about that. Expressing antisemitism is a way of earning brownie points with the Nazis in the hope of getting more support, although since WWII has started this would seem less useful as their both in no position to send more aid and the US might be starting to get a bit twitchy about aggressive European powers gaining influence in N America. Mind you that won't become a significant factor until France falls.
Anyway, have to see how things develop. If you do get an aggressive militaristic dictatorship in Mexico the most likely effect is probably to attract more American attention, which could mean they do less elsewhere. Potentially bad for both Mexico and the rest of the world. No Jews, but people of indigenous and black descent. At the time, Mexico was ruled by a white, Spaniard elite, while the colored man worked in the fields. It was this racial injustice and need for change what partly brought the Mexican Revolution (1910-1920). Many revolutionaries would later on become the next generation of politicians, especially during the late 20's and 30's. Politically speaking, the revolution was a complex mess of backstabbing, coups and assassinations too confusing to understand. Also, the revolutionaries who roused the people in 1910 did little to help the worker class, instead waging a war that left 2 million dead and little change. The Mexican Nazis offered a radical scapegoat: they blamed their problems on the black, indigenous class, glorifying the "pure", more white mestizos and Spaniards as a divine race. The Nazis didn't offer conventional political promises, but a full-out ideologic revolution that would propel Mexico into a pure, powerful state.

Does the National Socialist Association of Mexico have any relation with the Gold shirts
Good question. They might have some common origins and are likely to have common members. The Gold shirts were strongly anti-Jewish and anti-Chinese, calling for deportations, although I'm not sure how many there were of each community in Mexico?
Which does raise the question of how the NSAM views the Catholic church? According to that Wiki article the Gold shirts were actively largely in a period when the Catholic church was facing restrictions on their power and they had a mixed view of it, which meant they didn't get its fully support.
Wasn't aware of the 'Cristero War' of unrest against an anti-clerical government in the previous decade. Sounds distinctly messy and if the NSAM are supportive of the church they could get a lot of support.
The Cristero War is a prime example of how Mexico's conservative, pro-religious society is willing to rise up in arms when their values get attacked. The NSAM is basically Nazism, with Mexican cultural and societal undertones and well as key differences in doctrine. In this case, the NSAM respects the Catholic Church, going as far as saying that the current government is undermining Christian values. However, they're officially an atheist organization. They do, however, specifically avoid targeting religious landmarks and priests, unless it is for the direct benefit of their actions. Now, I actually began this with as an ATL where the Gold shirts take power in Mexico. The Gold shirts were an anti-Communist, extreme-right force that would fit marvelously with Nazism. I believe the Gold shirts and NSAM make an alliance and agree not to interfere in their actions. It is an ideologically-based agreement. In this case, the NSAM continues to support the Gold shirts even when former President and Gold shirt protector Plutarco Elías Calles was deported. This wins the NSAM many friends within the Catholic Church and even among international oil industrialists who got kicked out in 1938 by the current government.

Hitler Recruitment Poster.pages (849.7 KB) 1937. The NSAM initiates a clandestine propaganda program to shift the common populace's views on Nazism and Hitler. By then, Hitler's treatment on Jews had been highly publicized by the 1936 Olympic Games, yet it had little effect on Mexico. For many, Hitler was an intimidating yet distant man who had little to do with Mexico's affairs. The NSAM secretly assembled a team of top propagandists and media experts to mass-produce pro-Nazi propaganda within Torreón. Among these was the iconic "Hitler Recruitment Poster", depicting a saluting Hitler inviting people to join the NSAM for the "glory and purity of Mexico". Although not the first, and certainly not the most reproduced, it came to symbolize the NSAM's early attempts to bring Hitler and the Nazis under a more appealing manner: here is a strong and powerful man able - and willing - to bring a broken and despaired nation into the light of glory and racial purity, something no other political was even remotely able to even propose. It was also the most direct: it straight-forward showed Hitler, not simply vague Nazi elements, something thought to be unprecedented.
