So here is the question i never have faced, are deleted ore banned members allowed to keep thier Grand Orders as
vonhitchofen, awarded for his Out of the Blue (Into the Fire) timeline.
Has been deleted as per request.

I would say there is an argument for removing orders for banned people as they have 'left' due to their actions being unacceptable. Just like say a knighthood or other honour may be removed for someone guilty of a serious crime. However if they have left of their own volition without serious bad feeling and it doesn't cause you problems I would suggest keeping a record of their achievements.
