Has anyone else seen the new Wonder Woman film? I generally enjoyed it; both Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor both had good performances, and the music was solid. Very well done action and good story. I had quibbles with the darkness of some of the sets and of some historical things (as well as the portrayal of ballroom dance, but that's an incredibly niche thing). I think is is true: The DCEU has a problem — everybody likes Wonder Woman Interesting article. I haven't seen any of the DCEU movies, only a few clips shown on TV to advertise them. However if its accurate about how distant the 1st 3 are from ordinary people I can understand why their not gone down well. Sounds more like the DCEU problem is that everybody likes heros but that their portrail of Superman and Batman doesn't really meet the common definition of such.

I cannot fathom how they would save him.

I cannot fathom how they would save him. Could they introduce him as an identical Family member? It is not like they haven't pulled a move like that before when it came to Trevor.

Spider-man: Homecoming did it With the gym teacher being the identical grandson of a guy who was part of the Howling Commandoes. Alternativly Trevor Will stay dead but just appear in a flashback.
