The Aviation & tanks/APCs what ifs projects Locker sub-board has been added to the Naval what ifs and Neverwhere ships Cabin board.

The Alternate Timelines Writer’s Hub is now a sub-board and is part of the Alternate Timelines Writer’s Board, this will allow me to create more dedicated sub-boards for timelines ore creations that are larger that a single thread.

I'm not sure about this latest change; it almost gets to the extent of burying things in too many sub-boards, or one sub-board too many to be precise. The previous set up seemed about right, with the sub-boards on top of all the various general threads. It is a small thing, but it worked.

So the the Anime, Manga and Animated Shows sub board has been removed with all the threads no part of the Media Hub board.
The Game Hall sub board has been moved from the Media Hub board to the General Chat board.

As part of improving the forum and streamlining it, the Game Hall suboard has been removed and its threads have been placed in the General Chat board, all games can still be found there with the label, Arcade Games.

As much as i liked the COUNTRY Flag Counter at the bottom of the forum, i feel that for the time being it can gone for a time being as not much changed in the ranking of the countries, maybe in the future i might bring it back.

Have merged the Future History and Shared Worlds boards into one board called Future History & Shared Worlds as both both boards where the least active on the forum.

Plugin added that requires users to submit their custom avatars, signatures, and display names to moderators.
If this works, then it replaces Rule XI.
