Not in a supernatural way no. A following, yes, but more like Che than Jesus. Well toughed it would be nice to see that in this universe, to bad. Superhumans are seen as scientific here, and more so among the hardline communists (who are often radical atheists).

No, they are merely referred as an occupational authority. They where not that when they where deployed in West Germany. West Germany was not reeling from civil war with active insurgencies (beyond comparatively small groups like the Red Army Faction).

I would assume that the Baltic's would be consider occupied by the Soviet Union and whit no Soviet Union there any more they three, plus koningsberg would be considered independent countries.

In terms of how they were historically, yes. Now, they're officially independent but with the occupational forces providing peacekeeping.

Excerpt from a BBC article What You Need To Know about Vladimir Lenin, 2012
[...]
After being interred in a mausoleum after his death in 1922, Lenin was reanimated in the 1930s by the Soviet superhuman program on the direct orders of Joseph Stalin. Through leaks brought to the United States by Lubomir Rybalkin, the defector who had previously been the Soviet Union's premier superhuman scientist, it is known that Stalin intended him as partially a propaganda measure to ensure that the people of the Union would know their old hero was still with them.
Lenin was revived through classified procedures and was given enhanced strength, the ability to fly, limited telekinesis, and the ability to use low-level psionic ability to influence those around him; during the Second World War he improved the morale of Soviet troops and terrified German troops. He is also known to have been made more obedient to Stalin originally and to other Soviet leaders later.
[...]
Throughout the Cold War he was used wherever the USSR needed a show of force; this included the Hungarian Uprising in 1956 and the invasion of Afghanistan in the 1980s. In both cases he was very effective against enemy forces, who were demoralized by his very presence. This did not prevent the Soviet defeat in Afghanistan, and he returned back to the Union in disgrace.
[...]
The procedure designed to revive Lenin was used in the case of other Soviet-aligned states; this included several Eastern Bloc states as well as China, whose revived Mao was quietly disappeared during the economic liberalization after his death. Now, the only country that continues to use the procedure is North Korea, whose previous two leaders have been revived as superhumans.
[...]
Lenin personally led the coup against Eduard Shevardnadze during the wholesale collapse of the Eastern Bloc. His powers were able to defeat Loyalist forces at battles like First Dnipropetrovsk (he led the defenses at the Second, but escaped after the fall to Allied forces), Semipalatinsk, and Volgograd (formerly Stalingrad, and also formerly and currently Tsaritsyn). He was a major target of Allied superhuman and air strikes, but was never once caught.
[...]
With the forces of the hardliners mostly obliterated, and the war soon to be ended at the Tsaritsyn Trials, Lenin and some other hardliner superhumans such as Stanimir Pokrovsky, Alexei Shurupov, and Kristina Mukhova fled the country, using a specially made plane with classified cloaking technology to continue the war elsewhere.
[...]
The first major action after the Tsaritsyn Trials was an attack on the US base on Okinawa, nearly obliterating the base before escaping in their craft. Similar attacks were made on US bases in Europe and Asia, as well as the occasional raid on US positions in Guatemala during their occupation.
[...]
US intelligence believes that Lenin is currently operating out of a base hidden somewhere in the Antarctic; research expeditions have found jettisoned equipment, and President Rumsfeld is planning a full military incursion onto the continent to root him out. This is the rationale behind the recent American agreement with Argentina to allow a US base in the occupied Falklands.

But that is only what i am thinking.

I have no comment on this subject in this timeline. So you are taking the 5th regarding this question. Given the ardent racism of the Nazis I rather doubt they would see any aliens, no matter how advanced, as anything but subhuman scum. Although if they ran into an highly militarised race they could find a lot of respect for them. Mind you it would also depend on where and how the Nazi holdout exists and also how the 'mentality' of the regime developed after their defeat in WWII and the lost of most/all of their leadership.
